The Right to Life, which is enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights, will no longer exist if the tories get re-elected in 2015. This would mean that the state would no longer have to:
- Refrain from unlawful killing
- Investigate suspicious deaths
- Have a duty to prevent foreseeable deaths
